This is another picture for , This time, it's Dimitri's fullbody picture ;w;b His normal fullbody at least, how he looks every day pretty much XD His super hero clothes will be next ;D He often has his camera with him too, but I was too lazy to draw it in this time. ~ 1. Time Control: Using a Combination of his eyes and holding his breath, Dimitri is able to freeze, reverse and speed up time in a very controlled and precise way. He can either control time anywhere within littleville (the city’s size being his max range) or focus it in a small, condensed area, within a sphere of time. Even just to focus it on his own body. He also always knows what time it is without looking at a clock.
Detailed aspects of this power, as well as limitations, etc:
+To freeze time, all he has to do is hold his breath and time will stop all around him. He can chose to have his own body unaffected, or affected by this ( eg: To stop himself mid-fall so he can properly recover, or to move himself out of harm’s way ) As well, gazing upon, or touching other people or objects while this is active can allow him to ‘unfreeze’ just them and allow a person to escape harm or to move an object to use while time is frozen. Time can only be frozen for as long as he can continuously hold his breath. The moment he releases his breath, or takes more air in, time starts again. He must wait a minimum of 10 seconds after freezing time to be able to affected time again in any way. During this process, his eyes turn gold and receive markings on them that look like a frozen clock in his eyes. He can also affect his own body with it to an extent and make himself appear to ‘flout’ or ‘levitate’ if he jumped from a high place. This is his most common use of time control and the starting point for the other two ways to use this power.

+To reverse time, He must hold his breath to freeze time first, then using his eyes, He looks at the object or area he wants time to reverse in. His eyes glow the same way as when they are freezing time, but this time, Clock markings appear around his eyes and seem to be moving back in time, slowly slipping back into his eyes as time rewinds. As all the clocks enter his eyes, more will appear to repeat the process until he is finished or can’t hold his breath any longer. The faster he reverses time, the more drained he becomes from using too much energy. He has a limit of reversing up to 3 hours of time from when he starts. Usually used to fix objects/buildings or to reverse incoming danger/mess with his opponent’s moves. ( Or to make up time if he was late for something LOL ) He can also reverse time on his own body a little to undo a bad jump or fall and reverse himself to before he made that move. He cannot reverse death with this power. Time will not rewind if used on a dead person.

+ To Speed up or move time, He again must hold his breath to start and follow the same process as reversing time. Except this time, the clocks don’t appear on his face, but instead pour out from his eyes and slowly over his face with the hands on the clocks moving forward quickly. Just like with reversing time, the faster he does so, the more drained his power becomes and he is limited to how long he can hold his breath for during the process. Unlike reversing time, however, he doesn’t have a limit to how far into the future he can affect time, however, the larger the area he’s affecting, the much slower the process it, and it is less likely he can make time go very far forward unless he is focused on a small object or area. Oddly enough, another technique he can use with this specific part of his power is to make a ‘slow motion’ effect. He can make time move forward on certain objects, or the area in a very slow pace, while he’s still moving at normal speed. This allows him to move time forward in either a fast or slow way, but again, is limited to how long he can hold his breath for. He often uses this part of his power to age locks or other objects that would rust or break over time and to set up traps for his foes with slow moving objects that he resets their time to normal once they are in the right position. He also speeds up objects to make them cause more damage. Like with reversing time, he can also affect his own body with this part of his power and greatly slow down his decent if he fell or jumped, to give the impression he is flouting slowly down to you. He does this often to save himself from falling from great heights and to make himself look more ‘mystical’ to others around him. It makes some people think he can fly, but it’s only time control on his own body.  He cannot change his path of falling. Lastly, when used together with his mirror force body below, he can very slightly speed up his own body’s healing process.

~2. Mirror Force body:
This is his defensive power and doubles as a secondary hero outfit. When using his second power of ‘mirrors’, his skin shifts and forms a defensive casing, or ‘armor’ around his body that looks like a crystalized mirror over his whole body. This mirror body reflects back any ‘special’ powers used by his opponent, including projectiles. This can range from anything to a flamethrower or energy blasts, to bullets or arrows. Anything like those will hit the body and be ‘reflected’ back to the one attacking with twice the force of the original attack. However, any other attacks, namely physical moves like a kick, a punch or running him over with a car are VERY effective against him in this form and cause the mirror body to crack and shatter with enough force.( Just like breaking a mirror )

When broken, it deals heavy damage to his natural body and he cannot reform the mirror body for a full 24 hours after it broke, as it needs to fix itself within his own body. This also makes his shards of time power useless for that length of time. Dimitri can also only keep his mirror force body active for a maximum 1 hour at a time. After the time is up, the body vanishes on its own and leaves him defenseless. He then must wait 15 minutes before he can reactivate it. He cannot alter the cool down time with time control either. While active, any powers used to control the mind cannot reach him either and acts like a shield against it. If cracked or damaged in any way, however, mind attacks can then slip inside and reach him. Lastly, when active, he can use his other two powers at will and is able to slightly heal his wounds using time control while in his form.

~3. Shards of Time:
This is his only purely offensive power. Using the combined energy of his mirror body and time control, Dimitri can conjure up sharp, glowing “Clocks” which flout around him and with a wave of his hand, they will fly at his targets to cut through them and explode once they stop moving. These ‘clocks’ are formed with the aura and energy from his other two powers and are semi-see-through, yet reflective like a mirror if you look right into one up close. They fly through the air like a Frisbee and can cut through strong metals and other material like a buzz saw.  The moment the clock stops revolving, it detonates. He doesn’t have much control over them once he sends them out, so he never uses this skill if he’s at risk of hurting a civilian. This power uses a lot of energy very quickly and can ONLY be used if his mirror force body is active. If he cannot use his mirror force body, and/or time control, this power cannot be used.

The shards of time are not always perfectly formed clocks, they will sometimes appear warped or shattered like a mirror. This is usually the case when his energy is running low, or if he is trying to use this power when he’s sick or can’t focus. This makes them easier to break and harder to aim with – but makes the attack power/damage level of them higher for a brief time. Lastly, because the shards are formed using both his other powers, any ‘special’ attack reflects off of them like with his mirror force body, but unlike it, each attack will crack them bit by bit until they blow up. You just need to watch out for the reflections and attack them quickly many times before they reach you. As well, these shards are unaffected by time as they are wrapped in their own time-space dimension. Any other time-controller cannot effect these shards once they have been released. Only Dimitri can. He also CANNOT use this power while time is frozen/being controlled, as his time-control powers temporarily slip into these discs. Once the discs are all used up, he can control time once more.
